Returns:
30 day limit on refunds (from the date the item is received). Items must remain intact with original tickets (all shoes unworn and in original box) and receipt. After 30 days, items in above condition may be returned for credit with original receipt.
Please note that the shoe box is not a shipping box. Any returns that use the shoe box as a shipping box will be deducted a 5% restocking fee.
Back Orders:
You will be informed, VIA e-mail or phone if there is an outstanding back order for an item purchased. Any back orders may be cancelled and refunded before the ship date except for personalized items( i.e. embroidery, screens).
Shipping:
UPS or USPS shipped to your home or facility*. * This is usually for on site sales.
