Shipping policy

Alexander’s Uniforms currently ships to the continental United States only.

All orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and package size. A flat shipping rate of $9.95 applies to all orders, regardless of order size or weight. Some exclusions may apply such as promotions or free shipping over a purchase amount.

Most orders are delivered within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase. Orders that include embroidery or customized items may require additional processing time before shipment. Some products are shipped directly from our warehouse, while others may be fulfilled or drop-shipped from our trusted vendor partners. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please reach out to us and we will assist in locating your package.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Alexander’s Uniforms is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
